Summary: Wonderful hotel - staff were welcoming - lovely surprise when our room was upgraded to sea and harbour view with balcony. This was the cherry on top - as the pools, sunbeds, swim up bar and extremely high standards of all facilities would have alone, made staying here an absolute pleasure. Beautifully designed and great layout of the property with the iconic palms, and a fantastic location just added to the experience. Really highly recommended.

Summary: This was our third time staying at this hotel. You just can't beat it, the location is fabulous the outside pool area overlooking the sea and the palm trees just make for the most incredible views, especially at sun set. We will be back!

Summary: It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.
